This hotel is extremely convenient with very efficient staff at the reception desk.

Great location! 🌟 This place is conveniently close to the marina, train station, main restaurant street, and the beautiful castle. Plus, it's a short walk to the center of the action.

Good breakfast with a sufficient choice of food and drinks. Price performance ratio breakfast is right. Very clean room. Friendly staff.

This place has a great location in a nice area right next to the garden and train station, plus it's very close to Nuit Musicale, with a satisfying breakfast variety.

Hotel room was comfortable and clean, with enough space for 2 people to move around with luggage. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice quiet location close to park surroundings and nearby Castle.

Good cleanliness, staff friendly, sometimes a bit disorganized. Communication in English possible. Breakfast buffet with small selection but hot and cold available.

Located on the main road a bit noisy, but there are earplugs in case of need. Holding facilities for loading and unloading very limited.

The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, and the single room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning and a modern design.

The location was good being walking distance from train station and 20- 30 minute walk to the chateau. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast staff need to provide better service. Both mornings they were not visible and we had to go looking for them for service. They were too busy chatting between themselves and didn't want to be disturbed. They were conseqently not replenishing when needed. The hotel interior is in need of a makeover.

It was only a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the Chateau de Chantilly, which good, and it was minutes from the centre of town. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the room was clean and well cared for. When we asked if we could check out at 12 instead of 11, the manager kindly made the allowance for us, which saved us a good deal of trouble, as we were in town for the triathlon at the Chateau de Chantilly, and as the triathlon did not finish until 11, it would have been very difficult to simultaneously check out at 11. The tv was nice, with a good offering of channels. There was plenty of parking available on the street in front of the hotel, and it was free for August which was great.

The front of the hotel looks very run-down and uninviting. Our room looked over the street and the noises at night, both from cars and from people, kept us up all night. We requested to change rooms but we were told there were none available. The room itself, though very clean, had no ventilation and even with the window open, it was so hot that I woke up every morning sweating and with a severe headache from dehydration. I wish the hotel had had a refrigerator to keep our bottles of water cold. Despite being of the Best Western chain, we had trouble with attendants at the front desk not understanding/speaking English. The hotel restaurant/bar was closed for the month of August, and there were few other options in the town itself.

This place has a fantastic location, very close to Nuit Musicale, making it extremely convenient!

price relatively high, maybe caused by exhibition at Paris?

Average sort of hotel, nothing to like or dislike really. Only thing I would say is that there were no tea making facilities in the room, but it stated in the hotel blurb that there should have been. When we asked the receptionist she said that if we had asked for tea/coffee makers we would have got them. Pity we were not clairvoyants!! Room was very comfortable.
